Visa application help

If you need an invitation letter for visa application you can contact the conference administration: conference@uva.nl.

Please provide us with the following details:
• First name (as mentioned in passport):
• Family name (as mentioned in passport):
• Date of birth:
• Place of birth:
• Nationality:
• Passport number:
• Date of issue (passport):
• Date of expiry (passport):

An invitation letter is only issued after your registration is complete. If you provide us with all details and you are fully registered we will reply to your e-mail with a digital invitation letter within 3 working days.
IUPAC endorsement implies that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide chemists provided application is made not less than six months in advance. If a visa is not granted two months before the meeting, the IUPAC Secretariat should be notified without delay by the applicant.
