Weather

The climate in Amsterdam is mild, with average day time maxima of 23 C in July. The weather is variable, however, and in recent years we have seen afternoon temperatures between ca. 18 C and 35 C. Rainfall is frequent, but quantities are usually small. It is recommended to be prepared for this range of conditions. Weather forecasts (e.g. buienradar.nl) can be useful.
